Art Submission Forms

You may choose between two pdf files to use in submitting your art work to the Eaton Rapids Art Fair and Silent Auction selection committee.

Printed Form

This file is a PDF version of the art submission form. Print it out, complete the form, and return it via mail.

You may submit photographs or photocopies of your work along with a completed form. Alternatively, you may upload digital copies of your submitted work online.

To submit copies online of your work, you will need to access our online Art Fair Gallery. To upload digital copies of your work to the Gallery, you will need a personal album and password.

Artists who include an email address with their printed submission form will receive their own Gallery album and password to access it. Only the artist and the jury will have access to this album. A submitting artist may then upload digital files to this Gallery album so long as the images are smaller than 2 MB each.

Online Art Submission Form

Artists may also use a fillable pdf form. If you open this form in your browser, you can complete the form online and email it to the Arts Council.

Instructions for Emailing the Fillable Form

The form contains a button that will allow you to either

• email your responses from a browser using an email program like Outlook, or
• store a data file to your hardrive for emailing through a web based service like Hotmail or Yahoo.com.

If you choose the later method of emailing, please send your saved data file to stuart@etonrapids.org with a subject line that reads - Art Fair Submission Form.

Once we receive an email of your submission, you will be sent a password that will allow you to upload digital copies of your work to your online Gallery album.

Keep in mind that even with the online submission of this fillable form, you will also need to print the form, sign it and mail it to:

Please include a copy of your bio when mailing your signed form.

All Submissions must contain a Signature

No submission will be considered if it does not contain the artist’s signature acknowledging acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Art Fair. These terms and conditions are contained in both the Art Submission Form and the Art Submission Rules.
